摘要
含油污泥是油田生产水处理过程中产生的污泥残渣,内含一定量的原油及大量的矿物组份,具有易分散、悬浮性好等特性,其中矿物组份具有一定的颗粒性,注入地层对地层岩心具有很好的封堵性。结合中原油田采油三厂文、卫、马油田油藏地层特点和流体特性,与传统的调剖技术结合,针对污泥自身特点,利用压滤后的干泥加入一定比例改性剂,开发研究、筛选、优化出了具有适应文、卫、马油田开发需要的含油污泥调剖剂体系。2年来,在文、卫、马油田现场应用试验40井次,累计增油8 238t。
Oil sludge is a kind of residual sludge,which is genera-ted during water treatment of oilfield production and contains a certain amount of crude oil and minerals,having the char-acteristics of easy dispersion and good suspension. With the quality of granularity,the minerals could be injected into for-mation and play the role of sealing. Combined with the for-mation characteristics and fluid properties of Wen,Wei and Ma oil reservoirs of the Third Oil Production Plant of Zhongyuan oilfiled,based on traditional profile control tech-nique,adding a proportional modifier into dry clay after filter-pressing,a new profile agent-the oily sludge base profile modificator,suitable for Zhongyuan oilfield development,has been studied and optimized. During the past two years,the new profile agent has been put into oilfield practice for 40 wells and the cumulative increased oil production is 8238 t.
