苏北地区既有公共建筑围护结构节能改造研究

STUDY ON ENERGY-SAVING RENOVATION OF ENCLOSURES OF EXISTING PUBLIC BUILDINGS IN NORTHERN AREA OF JIANGSU PROVINCE

以某大院工程节能改造为研究对象,通过对外墙外保温体系和外墙内保温体系的研究分析,提出苏北地区既有公共建筑节能改造适宜选用外墙外保温体系;同时分别对屋面改造、外窗、遮阳改造、透明幕墙改造等进行分析研究,提出了适合本地区气候条件的围护结构节能改造的技术措施,为节能改造工程设计和施工提供了参考。

Taking an energy-saving renovation project in Xuzhou for example,and through the analysis of external and internal insulation systems for outer walls,it has been found out that the external insulation system for an outer wall is more suitable for existing public buildings in the northern area of Jiangsu Province. Renovation studies on roof,outer window,sun-shading and transparent curtain wall have also been carried out. Then,technical measures of energy-saving renovation of the enclosures suitable for the said area′s climate conditions have been put forward,and they can be referred by design and construction of energy-saving renovation projects.
