摘要
对15根配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁进行裂缝宽度试验,研究试验梁中裂缝特性,分析GB50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》的裂缝宽度计算方法。分析结果表明:对于配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁,钢筋应变εsm-εs平行性关系仍然成立;截面内力臂系数取0.87,与试验结果符合良好;裂缝间距及裂缝宽度试验值较规范公式计算值小,调整钢筋粘结特征系数为1.2,可提高规范公式计算精度;规范的裂缝计算模式能够反映实际裂缝规律,但最大裂缝宽度计算结果偏于保守。
Experiment was carried out on crack width of 15 concrete beams reinforced with HRB500 steel bars. Crack properties of specimens were studied; and the calculating method of crack width in GB 50010—2002"Code for Design of Concrete Structures"was analyzed. The results indicate that the parallel relationship of εsm-εs is true for HRB500 steel bars. It is proper to take 0. 87 for coefficient of internal force arm. Test results of crack spacing and crack width is smaller than that calculated by the formula from GB 50010—2002. Adjusting bond coefficient of HRB500 steel bars to 1. 2 can improve the accuracy of the formula. Crack calculating mode of GB 50010—2002 is practical while the calculated maximum crack width is conservative.
