摘要
通过在玻化微珠保温砂浆中掺入不同掺量的粉煤灰和引气剂,系统研究粉煤灰和引气剂对玻化微珠保温砂浆稠度、湿表观密度、干表观密度、抗压强度、导热系数、线性收缩率的影响规律。结果表明:在单掺粉煤灰时,保温砂浆的稠度先增大后降低,而湿表观密度、干表观密度、抗压强度和导热系数均为先降低后增大,同时粉煤灰对砂浆收缩有一定的抑制作用。在粉煤灰和引气剂共掺时,考虑到保温砂浆综合性能,存在引气剂的最佳掺量值。掺入20kg/m3粉煤灰和0.1%引气剂的玻化微珠保温砂浆可以得到较好的性能。
Through incorporating different amount of fly ash (FA) and air entraining agent (AEA) to thermal insulating mortar blended with vitrified microsphere (VM),the influence of fly ash (FA) and air entraining agent (AEA) on properties like consistency,wet apparent density,dry apparent density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the thermal insulating mortar was investigated systematically. The results indicate that,when incorporating fly ash lonely,thermal insulating mortar’s consistency increased first and then reduced. However,wet apparent density,dry apparent density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity were all declined first and then rised,mortar’s drying shrinkage was inhibited to some extent simultaneously. Taking integrated performance of thermal insulating mortar into account,there exist optimal incorporating amount of AEA for the mortar mixing both FA and AEA. In addition,for thermal insulating mortar blended with VM,the properties were acceptable for incorporating 20 kg/m^3 FA and 0. 1% AEA.
