摘要
为了更好地揭示洗涤冷却室内气体穿越液池时的气液两相的传热和传质特性,尤其是压力对气泡特性的影响这一至今尚未解决的关键问题,文中运用流体体积(VOF)模型进行了动态数值模拟,详细探讨了在不同压力条件下洗涤室液池内气含率和湿周沿径向的变化。建立了从数值模拟结果中提取湿周和气含率信息的方法,研究结果表明:总湿周随压力的升高而显著加长;下降管管壁附近的平均气含率很高但是平均湿周却很小;随着压力的升高,径向各段气含率和湿周明显升高。通过数值模拟得到了洗涤过程中湿周随压力的变化规律。
In order to reveal the heat and mass transfer characteristics of synthetic gas passing through the liquid cistern in scrubbing-cooling chamber,especially the effect of the working pressure ,a dynamic simulation has been carried out by using the VOF model , and the change of the gas fraction and wet perimeter to the radial direction under different operating pressure being analyzed in detail. A method of extracting the gas fraction and perimeter from the calculated results is created and on the base of which the effect of the pressure is systemically studied .the result of the study show that: the wet perimeter increase dramatically with the pressure augmenting; as to the radial direction, the gas fraction is high hut the wet perimeter is short in the area near the cooling tube. this paper gains the change disciplinarians of the perimeter along with the working pressure.
