摘要
由于企业是社会系统的子系统,没有那一家企业不受社会环境的影响,所以,当经济工作者不考虑经济以外的因素去模型化社会经济问题时,许多理论(包括经营者薪酬理论)可能会面临与社会实践不一致的窘境.为了弥补经营者薪酬理论在这方面的缺陷,本文运用系统思想,在提出双因素薪酬方案、评价函数、转换系数概念之后,将社会环境因素引入委托-代理模型之中;然后,通过求解模型和参数分析,提出了实施经营者薪酬计划的策略.
Because every enterprise is a subsystem of the society system and there is no firm that isn't influenced by national culture and social environment, therefore, when economists model socioeconomic problems without social factors, it is certain that many theories including compensation theory may not be consistent with the practice. In order to make up this deficiency of compensation theory, first, we put forward a double factor reward plan and concepts of assessment function and transfer coefficient which can represent social environment and cultural factors. Then, we introduce them into principal-agent model and solve the model. Finally we make parameter analyses and suggest some strategies for the aPPlication of the plan.
