水泥稳定碎石缩裂机理及在级配设计中应用 被引量:36

Analysis and Apply of Anti-cracking Mechanism of Cement Stabilization of Crushed Aggregate

摘要 为了提高水泥稳定碎石抗裂性能,分析了水泥稳定碎石缩裂机理和组成结构对其影响,提出了水泥稳定碎石级配设计思路和骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石基层材料设计方法。室内外试验研究结果表明:与规范中悬浮密实级配水泥稳定碎石相比,骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石的抗压强度和抗拉强度分别提高了55%和37%,温缩系数和干缩系数分别降低了17.8%和31.5%,试验路平均横向裂缝间距提高了近1倍左右。研究结论:骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石具有良好的路用性能,尤其是抗裂性能,有着良好的应用前景。 In order to improving the anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized aggregate,this paper begins with study of the of the anti-cracking mechanism of cement stabilized aggregate,then presents the design method of cement stabilized aggregate of dense skeleton type and the results of a laboratory study aimed at providing further information regarding the road performance of cement stabilized aggregate.The results show that cement stabilized aggregate can significantly improve the pavement performances,such as the compressive strength(raising 55%),the bending strength(increasing 37%),the tempters shrinkage coefficient(reducing 17.8%),the dry shrinkage coefficient(reducing 31.5) and the transverse kerning of cracks(raising 100%).It has better the road performance and can be widely used in the pavement engineering.
