摘要
根据某抬升裙楼巨型悬挑钢桁架的高空原位拼装的安装方法,以及支撑卸载点多、分布范围广等实际情况,基于ANSYS有限元软件采用2种不同卸载方案对卸载过程进行了全程模拟计算。从支撑反力和桁架内力2方面进行对比分析,证明了对此抬升裙楼采用"从内到外"整体分阶段分步卸载是一种更为合理的卸载方案。
Based on high-altitude in-situ assembly installation method of a giant cantilevered steel truss,and many support unloading points and a wide range of distribution of supports,the full unloading process is simulated in two different removing programs by using the finite element software ANSYS.Compared with calculation results from support reactions and internal force of trusses,it is proved that the stepped integral synchronous unloading "from inner to outer" is demonstrated to be a reasonable sequence,and it can be consulted in removing temporary supports.
