开发地下空间——大中城市可持续发展的重要途径

Exploitation of Underground Space——a Main Way for Sustainable Development of Large and Medium Cities

本文从大中城市发展过程中由人口膨胀而引发的空间拥挤与用地紧张这个尖锐矛盾入手 ,提出其可持续发展的基本需求———城市土地的集约开发及城市空间的高效利用 ;从地下空间特点出发 ,结合国内外开发利用地下空间解决或缓解城市尖锐矛盾的成功事例 。

Started from the contradiction between the congested space and shortage of land due to population expansion during the development of large and medium cities, in order to get sustainable development of cities , an intensive exploration of urban land and effective use of urban space were suggested.Based on examples of solving the problems during city development, a suggestion on exploitation and utilization of undeground space as a main way for sustainable development of the cities was presented.
