摘要
本文在回顾国际隧协近年来在地下工程合同管理有关工作报告的基础上 ,重点对比研究了目前比较流行的合同管理形式 ,并对三种主要的付款方式作了比较分析 。
Based on review of reports by ITA on contracts of underground projects in recent years, the popular forms of contracts at present have been compared and three forms of payment were analysed.Some risk managements were introduced.
