摘要
本文从地下空间的重要性和必要性、地下空间开发的发展历程、地下空间开发现状、存在的问题、浙江省在地下空间管理进行的试点等方面进行论述 ,对如何理顺管理体制。
In this paper the importance and necessity of utilization of underground space,the history,present situation and the problems of development for underground space were discussed.The experiment in management of underground space in Zhejiang Province was introduced.The author's viewpoints on improvement of managing system and the legal aspects of underground space were expounded.
