摘要
文章以苏州新区伊莎中心监理工作为背景，阐述了建设监理工程质量的三个阶段控制，即建设前期质量控制，施工阶段质量控制及建设后期质量控制，实践证明它有利于确保工程质量及降低造价，应在建设工程项目中广泛应用。
Three Stage' control of engineering quality in construction supervision, i. e ., qualiy control in earlier construction stage and quality control in later conatruction supervision of 'Ever Success Center' in Suzhou New District is taken as an example. This method could be widely used in constrution project.
