论职业教育学的“实践性”特点

On the "practical" features of Vocational Education

知识可以分为“科学（理论）知识”与“实践（经验）知识”，或称为“显性知识”与“隐性（默会）知识”；职业学校教育与普通学校教育的根本不同之一是传授的知识不同，前者以传授“实践知识”、“隐性知识”为主，后者以传授“科学知识”、“显性知识”为主，职业教育学是研究职业教育与培训活动的一门“实践”学科。

Knowledge can be divided into ＂science （theory） knowledge＂ and ＂practice （experience） knowl- edge＂, or ＂explicit knowledge＂ and ＂implicit （tacit） knowledge＂. A difference between the vocational school and the general school should be in the way knowledge imparted. The former passes on ＂practical knowl- edge＂ and ＂tacit knowledge＂ as the mainstay, while the latter gives priority to ＂scientific knowledge＂ and ＂ explicit knowledge＂. So, Vocational education is the ＂practical＂ subject that study vocational education and training activities.
