摘要
本文从高职教育的特殊性出发，认为我国中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要中应对高职教育的根本属性、各主体间关系以及运行机制等作出特别的阐述，以对高职教育产生战略性、前瞻性和科学性的影响。
Even though the positioning of higher vocational education is still vague in the developing ＂Plan- ning Essentials on Reform and Development of Chinese Medium and Long-term Education＂, the important work of exploring the accurate positioning of higher vocational education has been done for years in Chinese academic circles. So this paper attempts to further explore the positioning of the higher vocational education in China, for contributing the devolopment of the National Plan .
