摘要
根据脉冲测距基本方程和脉冲激光精密测距系统对精度和距离的要求,推导了半导体激光光源的设计指标。采用数字电路和模拟电路相结合的方式,利用ZTX415的开关特性设计了一款窄脉宽、大电流的半导体激光器驱动电路;采用半圆截面柱透镜组对半导体激光光束进行整形,计算了最佳的光学系统参数,取得了比较好的整形效果。
According to the basic equation of pulsed range finder and the requirements for the precisions and distance,the specification of the semiconductor laser source is designed.There are digital circuits and analog circuits in the LD drive circuit.A narrow pulse width,high-current LD drive circuit is designed with the switching characteristics of the ZTX415.A semi-circular cross-section cylindrical lens group is used to collimate two directional semiconductor laser beams.The best optical system parameters are calculated.A relatively simple mechanical structure is designed and the result of the beam-shaping is good.
