基于DSP+FPGA的结构健康监测数据采集系统设计

摘要 针对桥梁监测传感器信号数量多、类型多,设计了基于DSP+FPGA的嵌入式数据采集系统.系统具有大数据量实时处理的八路采样频率可设并行24位精度ADC,FFT变换,100Base-TX以及SD卡存储等功能.现场应用结果表明,该采集系统具备实时性强、采样精度高、可靠性高、集成度高、成本低、系统构架简单等优点,在桥梁结构健康监测领域具有很好的推广前景. Since many types and numbers of sensors are used in the bridge health monitoring,an embedded data acquisition system is designed based on DSP and FPGA.This system have many features,such as real-time data preprocessing,eight channels,varied frequency,24bits ADC resolution,FFT,100Base-TX,SD storage,and so on.The application and test results indicate that the system has the characteristics such as strong real time capability,high ADC resolution,high system reliability,high integration,low cost,convenient application,and it has a potential market in the bridge health monitoring.
