金属发泡橡胶在柴油机上的应用研究

摘要 以螺栓残余扭矩为主要评定指标,通过模拟时效压缩试验和发动机台架试验,研究了几种金属发泡橡胶复合密封材料在柴油机上的密封效果。试验结果表明,影响连接螺栓扭矩衰减的因素包括发泡的基板材料、发泡橡胶与基板粘结状况,其中后者的影响较大,良好的复合粘结可以确保具有较好的时效表面质量和较高的残余螺栓扭矩。采用自制发泡橡胶和碳钢基板的复合密封件,其各项性能参数均优于同类进口材料,可以应用于内燃机的耐油密封要求。 Effectiveness of foam rubber coated metal sealing material is investigated by simulations of aging compression and engine test with residual torque as criteria. Results show that quality of metal base plate and binding condition of foam rubber and base plate are the main factors of torque loss, of which binding condition matters more. A good binding condition will ensure a good aged surface quality and higher residual torque. A seal made of foam rubber and carbon steel base plate from a local company can meet oil seal requirement of internal combustion engine with its all performances better than imported ones of same kind.
