摘要
以上海大众汽车有限公司的零部件仓库中的物流中心作为研究对象,运用现场调研、试验等方法,研究了仓储平面利用率和高层货架利用率的提升方案。研究结果表明,在仓库结构已确定的情况下,对具体的货位、货架大小、数量、放置方向和通道宽度等方面的优化,能够提升平面利用率。通过对高层货架的层高调整和动态库位的实施,能够大幅提升高层货架库位利用率和空间利用率。
Investigation and experimental study on how to increase warehouse utilization were carried out for SVW logistics center. The result shows that the utilization of floor area of a given structure warehouse can be improved by optimization of individual container location, number and size of storage rack, placing direction and width of passage; and utilization of rack and space can be significantly enhanced by adjustment of the height of each rack layer and implement of dynamic storage.
