摘要
阐述了预选堆焊材料的原则和方法。对堆焊材料的工艺性作了比较,给出了堆焊材料相对耐磨性试验的结果。最后说明了直接在产品上进行跟踪试验、鉴定耐磨性及考虑经济性做出药芯焊丝和焊条选择等情况。
This paper specified the principle and method of pre-selecting surfacing material and compared the technology of surfacing material.And the testing result of surfacing material relative wear-resisting is come out.Finally,some conditions such as the tracking test directly on products,the identification of wear-resisting and the selection of flux-cored wire and electrodes considering economy are specified.
