摘要
简述了转炉煤气鼓风机叶轮粉尘沉积情况。对沉积粒子做了受力分析;讨论了粉尘含水量对工业粉尘安息角的影响,以及叶片上沉积物的形成与管网系统的关系。以实例介绍了叶轮的改进设计工作与效果。
This paper has specified the status of dust formation on impeller of converter gas fans.The force analysis of precipitation particle is carried out.And the influence of dust moisture on industrial dust repose angle and the relationship of the formation of sediment on blade and pipeline system are introduced respectively.The improving design working and effect of impeller is also introduced in practical examples.
