摘要
本文提出了一个适用于电场探头的PSpice等效电路模型。以速率方程为基础,将多量子激光器和光电二极管的表征为线性电路元件组成等效电路,并将天线和放大器等效为信号源,实现建模。通过电路仿真软件PSpice对模型进行模拟与分析,验证模型的实用性和准确性。
A suitable electric field probe's pspice equivalent circuit model is proposed in this paper. Based on the rate equation, the characterization of multi-quantum lasers and photodiodes as liner circuit element formes an equivalent circuit, and antenna and amplifier are equivalent to the signal source to realize modeling. This equivalent model issimulated and analyzed by PSpice, and its practicability and veracity are verified.
