Implementation Automatic Control System for Arc Furnace Electrode

对电弧炉电极电流进行测量变送,然后与比较器比较,控制光电耦合器实现FX-2nPLC的隔离输入。通过PLC控制中间继电器带动电机工作,从而实现对电极的自动控制。

Controlling the photocoupler to realize the input of the FX-2nPLC by measured and transmited the current of arc furnace electrode and compare with the comparator. Then the PLC will control the electrode to move through the relay connected with the motor.
