半胱胺对草杂鸡增重的影响

摘要 选用1日龄草杂鸡400只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ4个组,每组100只,第Ⅰ组为对照组,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组。在基础日粮中加入不同剂量的半胱胺,剂量分别为0mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg,分别于1、2、3、4、5、6、7周龄每组随机抽取8只鸡称重。研究半胱胺对草杂鸡增重的影响。结果表明,添加了半胱胺的试验组鸡增重比对照组大,其中6周龄Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组体重分别比对照组大10.50%、13.64%、14.73%(P<0.05);第7周龄Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组体重分别比对照组大12.83%、15.33%、15.54%(P<0.05)。半胱胺添加最适宜剂量为50mg/kg。
