CASTING TECHNIQUE OF THE STEEL CONNECTION ADOPTED IN GUANGZHOU OPERA HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

摘要 广州歌剧院项目在国内首次采用空间组合折板式三向斜交网格结构体系,在网格汇交处形成多管空间任意角度汇交的异型节点。节点采用铸钢节点,节点设计、制作、验收、安装均无先例。采用Solidworks专业造型软件,1∶1实体放样铸造技术,最小二乘法容差原理制定验收规程等措施,保证铸钢节点的机械性能和精度,从而满足结构受力要求及建筑造型要求。 Guangzhou Opera House is the first national project to adopt the structural system of composite space network of three-dimensional table flap in the steel design and manufacturing phase.There have been no precedent domestic project examples of this scale,in which,non-conventional steel connections were formed in random angles at the intersection of different structural members.Many techniques are adopted in the process,such as full entity casting of 1∶1 scale,inspection standards of least square method.Those methods guarantee the mechanical properties and precision of the casting connection such that all the steel members have satisfied the structural safety as well as the architectural requirements.
