西堠门大桥钢箱梁焊接工艺评定 被引量:3

摘要 舟山大陆连岛工程西堠门大桥是一座跨海悬索桥,其分离式钢箱梁断面在我国尚属首次采用。该工程结构复杂,焊接接头种类繁多,焊接施工难度大,焊接工艺对于保证该桥的整体制造质量至关重要。针对西堠门大桥钢箱梁各种焊接接头,设计了合理的焊接坡口,并针对典型接头进行详细的焊接工艺评定试验,列出典型接头的评定结果。试验结果表明,按该工艺施焊的各种焊接接头的各项性能均满足设计及相关标准的要求,为制定合理的焊接工艺提供了依据。 Zhoushan Xihoumen Bridge is a suspension bridge across the sea firstly to use separate steel box girder cross-section,which has complex structure,a wide range of welded joints,welding construction difficult.The welding process for ensuring the bridge′s overall manufacturing quality is essential.Response on behalf of joint of box girder in Xihoumen bridge,reasonable welding groove is designed and the detailed welding procedure qualification tests are taken,and some testing results of typical joint are listed.The testing results show every property of all welding joint could meet designer and standard′s requirements which provides a basement to formulate a reasonable welding process.
