摘要
第三世界科学院①(The Third World Academy of Sciences,以下简称TWAS)是目前致力于推动发展中国家科学事业进步的最大、最具权威的科学联盟。自成立以来,其不断发展壮大,影响力也越来越大。迄今为止,国内对TWAS未见较系统、全面的研究。本文通过对TWAS建立背景、组织体制、运行模式等做初步探索,试图对这一无形学院做较全面、完整的解读。
The Third World Academy of Sciences （referred to as TWAS） is committed to promoting the scientific capacity in developing counries,which is the biggest and the most alliance of science. Since established,it has developed rapidly and has a big influence. To date,there is no a system and comprehensive research on TWAS. Do the preliminary attempt research on the background,organized mechanism and operation mode,and then we will make a comprehensive and full explanation on this invisible college.
