舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后静脉镇痛的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后静脉镇痛的疗效。【方法】择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者60例,随机分为舒芬太尼组(S组)和芬太尼组(F组),各30例。观察术后4、12、24、48h各时间点的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)和镇静评分,以及术后有无恶心、呕吐及皮肤瘙痒等不良反应。【结果】术后4、12、24hS组的VAS明显低于F组,术后4h、12h的镇静评分S组明显高于F组(P<0.05),S组恶心、呕吐发生率明显低于F组(P<0.05)。【结论】舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术静脉镇痛更为舒适有效,镇静效果优于芬太尼,且不良反应少。 [Objective]To observe the intravenous analgestic effect of sufentanil in post operative laparoscopic cholecystectomy.[Methods] Sixty patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into group sufentanil(group S)and group fentanyl(group F).Visual analog scale(VAS),sedation score and side reactions such as nausea,vomiting and pruritus were observed and recorded.[Results] Visual analog scales(VAS)at 4,12 and 24h after operation of patients in group S were significant lower than those in group F(P0.05).Sedation scores at 4 and 12h after operation of patients in group S were significant higher than those in group F(P0.05).The occurance of nausea and vomiting in group S was lower than that in group F(P0.05).[Conclusions] The intravenous analgestic effect of sufentanil in post operative laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more comfortable and ideal,with fewer adverse reactions,and the sedation effect of sufentanil is also better than that of fentanyl.
