浅析国内图书馆读者满意度研究现状

Analysis on the Research Situation of Domestic Library Readers' Satisfaction

从文献计量分析和文献内容分析的角度,通过对论文的年代、主题、布拉德福分布、被引次数等的统计分析,简述了国内图书馆读者满意度的研究热点、核心论文、常用的评价方法等,指出了以往研究的局限性,并预测了读者满意度的研究趋势。

From the angles of bibliometric analysis and document content analysis, and through the statistical analysis on papers＇ publication years, themes, Bradford＇s distribution, and citations, etc., this paper describes the research highlights, core papers, and commonly used evaluation methods, etc. of domestic library readers＇ satisfaction, points out the limitations in past researches, and predicts the trends of the research on readers＇ satisfaction.
