摘要
从提高馆员素质、创立人性化的借阅环境、增进馆员与读者的沟通等方面,探讨了图书馆如何实现"读者第一"与"服务至上"的服务理念的问题。
From aspects of improving librarians' quality, establishing humanized borrowing and reading environment, and promoting the communication between librarians and readers, etc., this paper probes into the problem of how to realize library's service concepts of "readers first" and "service paramount".
