This paper introduces the citation of the papers published in 〈Education Research〉 （1994-2007）, makes statistical analysis on the distribution of highly cited papers, the distribution of highly cited authors, and the distribution of cited fund papers, respectively,and reveals the academic position of 〈Education Research〉 as China＇s educational core periodical and national peritntical of educational theory.
