摘要
根据商品房预售的定义以及目前商品房预售的状况,对商品房预售制度实行以来的研究文献进行了统计分析,并提出了建议。
According to the definition of commercial housing＇s preselling and the status of commercial housing＇s preselling, this paper makes the statistical analysis on the research literatures of commercial housing＇ s preselling, and puts forward some suggestions.
