摘要
对于大滞后和非线性的煤泥水絮凝剂自动添加系统来说,常规PID控制效果不佳。根据控制系统的要求,分别采用改进型Smith控制算法和常规PID控制算法进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明改进型Smith控制优于常规PID算法,为现场改进提供了理论支撑。
For slime water flocculant automatic adding control system with large time delay and nonlinearity, the control effect of routine PID algorithm is ineffective. In accordance with the requirements of control system, this paper carries out the computer simulations with improved Smith control algorithm and routine PID control algorithm respectively. The simulation results show that the improved Smith control algorithm is superior to routine PID algorithm, which provides the theoretical support for field improvement.
