汽车节能减排的若干对策研究

当前我国经济发展与资源环境的矛盾日趋尖锐,汽车行业是能耗和污染物排放大户,汽车保有量的大幅攀升使得汽柴油的需求不断增加,汽车节能减排成为国家宏观调控政策的工作重点,加强汽车节能减排工作刻不容缓。从宏观政策和微观技术2方面剖析汽车节能减排过程中存在的体制与技术问题,并提出汽车节能减排的对策。

At present,the contradiction of China＇s economic development and resources and environment has become increasingly acute.Automobile industry is a large part of energy consumption and pollutant emissions and the sharp rise in car ownership making the increasing demand for gasoline and diesel,which makes the energy-saving emission-reduction of automobile industry into the major tasks of national macro-control policies.Strengthening the energy-saving emission-reduction work of automotive industry is of great urgency.This paper form macro policy and micro-technology two aspects analysis the institutional and technical issues in automotive emission reduction energy efficiency and propose vehicle energy saving and emission-reduction countermeasures.
