Research on the Operation Mechanism of Science and Technology Innovation System of Two-oriented Society's Experiment Region in Wuhan Metropolitan Area

武汉城市圈两型社会试验区科技创新体系的良性运作,需要政府引领机制、企业主体定位机制以及各方协同的利益均衡机制的有效运作与配合。分析了3个机制的内涵与关系,结合武汉城市圈实际提出了加强和完善运行机制的对策建议。

Operating the science and technology innovation system of two-oriented society＇s experiment region in Wuhan metropolitan area,three mechanisms would be needed to operate and integrate effectively,which consists of government leading mechanism,enterprise＇s central orientating mechanism and benefit equilibrium mechanism.This paper analyzes the intension and relationships among the three mechanisms,puts forward the suggestions on the science and technology innovation system in Wuhan metropolitan area.
