管线偏转对GRP顶管接头影响的数值分析

Numerical Analysis for the Effect of Misalignment on GRP Jacking Pipe

摘要 采用三维有限元方法研究了管线偏转对GRP顶管接头的影响,得到了GRP顶管接头在管线发生偏转时的受力状况,对管道接头处的接触压力、Mises应力及其分布情况进行了分析,并对在不同偏转角情况下的最大应力进行了比较。说明了管线偏转对GRP顶管的影响非常大,由于管线偏转,管道往往会在远小于实际所能承受的顶力的情况下发生破坏,必须对最大允许偏转角度进行限定。 Three dimensional finite element method is used to study the effect of misalignment on GRP jacking pipe.The force of GRP jacking pipe is obtained when pipeline misalignment.Contact pressure,Mises stress and their distribution were analyzed,and the maximum stress is compared in different misalignment degree.The conclusion is that misalignment has significant effect on GRP jacking pipe.Because of misalignment,jacking pipe will damaged at the jacking force far less than it can bear.The allowable misalignment degree must be restricted.
