小波分析在钢球电涡流检测信号中应用 被引量:1

Application of Wavelet Analysis to Signals of Eddy Current Testing Steel Balls

摘要 根据电涡流检测钢球表面裂纹信号较弱,干扰严重等特点,将小波分析的方法引入到钢球电涡流检测信号分析中。通过对信号的多层分解,提取各层的特征值。然后,根据其值,判断钢球表面是否有裂纹。实验结果表明:对信号进行4层小波分解后,根据信号的平均值、最大值及最小值,可以有效的判断钢球表面是否存在裂纹。 To solve the eddy current signals in weakness and serious interference,a signal process method for testing steel ball surface flaw based on wavelet analysis is proposed.Its eigenvalues are extracted after multi-layers decomposition by wavelet.And then whether the steel ball on the surface have cracks will be tested.The experiment results shows that the cracks on steel surface can be determined effectively based on the eigenvalues of maximum,minimum and mean that are extracted after 4-layers wavelet decomposition.
