他克莫司软膏治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔藓临床观察

Efficacy and Safety of Tacrolimus Ointment for Patients with Local Lichen Simplex Chronicus

目的:观察他克莫司软膏治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔藓的临床疗效和安全性。方法:70例局限性慢性单纯性苔藓患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例,患处涂抹0.03%他克莫司软膏;对照组35例,患处涂抹0.05%卤米松乳膏。用法均为每日2次,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88.2%、90.9%,不良反应发生率分别为17.6%、12.1%,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏治疗局限性慢性单纯性苔藓较为安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of local lichen simplex chronicus. METHODS： A total of 70 patients with local lichen simplex chronicus were randomly divided into two groups： 35 in the trial group were locally applied with 0.03% Tacrolimus Ointment b.i.d, and another 35 in the control group were locally applied with 0.05 % Halometasone Cream b.i.d. The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. RESULTS： There were no significant differences between the trial group and the control group in total effective rate（88.2% vs. 90.9% ,P〉0.05） and the incidence of adverse effects （ 17.6 % vs. 12.1%, P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Comparatively speaking, Tacrolimus Ointment is safe and effective for local lichen simplex chronicus.
