流动注射化学发光法测定微透析液中的多巴胺 被引量:2

Quantitation of dopamine in microdialysis sample by flow injection chemiluminescence method

摘要 目的:建立微透析法取样,化学发光测定多巴胺的新方法。方法:利用自制微透析探针收集透析液中的多巴胺进行检测,并考察了透析膜长度、灌流速度、外液浓度对探针回收率的影响。结果:自制探针的回收率与透析膜长度呈正相关,与灌流速度呈反相关。外液中多巴胺的浓度在25.0-250 mg/L范围内时,所测的发光强度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系。结论:自制微透析探针性能稳定,可进行体液中多巴胺的检测。 Objective:To investigate a novel method of dopamine(DA) determination by chemiluminescence(CL) and microdialysis sampling.Methods:By using the self-made microdialysis probe to determine dopamine in microdialysis sample and the effects of membrane length,perfusion rate,DA concentration of external fluid on the recovery of probe were determined.Results:The recovery of probe was positively related to the membrane length,and negatively to the perfusion rate.The chemiluminescence intensities were proportional to concentrations of dopamine in external fluid over the range of 25.0-250 mg/L.Conclusion:The self-made microdialysis probe shows good stability and can be applied to determine dopamine in body fluid.
