摘要
目的:建立一种以MSA(甲基磺酸)和乙腈作混合淋洗液,用离子交换色谱柱和非抑制电导检测器检测,测定牛奶中的碳酸胍的检测方法。方法:考察了在不同有机改进剂-乙腈的浓度下,碳酸胍的分离程度。结果:该方法具有准确、快速、高效的特点。碳酸胍在1.0-50μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,回收率为99.20%。结论:该方法操作简单,结果准确,可作为检测牛奶中的碳酸胍的通用方法。
Objective:To establish a sensitive method for the determination of guanidine carbonate in milk by ion chromatography(IC) with non-suppressed conductivity detection.Methods:To guanidine carbonate was isolated by using the different concentration of acetonitrile(ACN) as organic modifier.Results:This method was accurate,fast and efficient.The linear range was 1.0-50.0 μg/ml for guanidine carbonate,the correlation coefficients was 0.9999.The recoveries was 99.20% for guanidine carbonate.Conclusion:The developed method is satisfied with the residual determination for guanidine carbonate in milk.
