摘要
目的:研究褪黑素的改善睡眠作用。方法:通过直接睡眠试验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验,观察褪黑素诱导小鼠的睡眠作用。结果:分别以33.35、66.7、133.4 mg/kg.BW(相当于人体推荐用量的5、10、20倍)剂量的褪黑素片连续给小鼠灌胃30 d,能延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间(分别P<0.01和P<0.05)、协同戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠作用(P<0.05)、缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期(P<0.01和P<0.05),无直接睡眠作用,对小鼠的体重无影响。结论:本实验提示褪黑素具有改善睡眠功能作用。
Objective:To study sleep improvement function of melatonin.Methods:Direct inducing sleep test,the test of lengthen the sleep time that induced by pentobarbital sodium,the test of pentobarbital sodium subthreshold-hypnosis and the test of barbital sodium sleep latency were adopted in this study to observe the inductive effect of melatonin.Results:The mice were fed with melatonin on the dosage of 33.35,66.7 and 133.4 mg/kg.BW for 30 days,the test shows melatonin can lengthen the sleep time that induced by pentobarbital sodium(P〈0.01 and P〈0.05) and shorten the barbital sodium sleep latency(P〈0.01 and P〈0.05),and it have synergy effect on pentobarbital sodium subthreshold-hypnosis(P〈0.05) while it has no effect on direct inducing sleep and the mice's weight.Conclusion:Melatonin has an effect of sleep improvement.
