摘要
该文对脱墨用表面活性剂的起泡性进行了研究,通过泡沫测定仪测得15种表面活性剂单组分起泡能力及其泡沫稳定性,起泡能力由高到低为:AEC-7-Na>AEC-9-Na>AEO12>AES>NP-10>OP-10>AEO20>SAS>T-80>ABS>AOS>APG>JFC>S-80,AS。通过双组分复配,阴离子表面活性剂复配起泡能力由高到低为:AES>SAS>AEC-9-Na>AEC-7-Na>AOS>ABS,非离子表面活性剂复配起泡能力由高到低为:JFC>AEO12>NP-10>T-80>AEO20>OP-10>APG>S-80,其中以JFC的复配性能最为优秀。
The foaming abilities of deinking surfactants were investigated in this paper. By measuring the foaming abilities and foam stabilities of 15 different surfactants using foam meter, the sequence of the foaming abilities of those surfactants from high to low was determined as follows: AEC-7-Na〉AEC-9-Na〉AEO 12〉AES〉NP-10〉OP-10〉 AEO 20〉SAS〉T-80〉ABS〉AOS〉APG〉JFC〉S-80,AS. When anionic surfactant was used together with nonionic surfaetant, the foaming abilities of anionic surfactants from high to low was:AES〉SAS〉AEC-9-Na〉AEC-7-Na〉 AOS〉ABS while the foaming abilities of non-ionic surfactants was:JFC〉AEO 12〉NP-10〉T-80〉AEO 20〉OP-10〉 APG〉S-80, where JFC showed the best synergistic performance.
