化浊软坚汤对免疫性肝纤维化模型大鼠TGF-β1表达的影响

Effects of Huazhuo Ruanjian decoction on the expression of TGF-β1 of rats with immune hepatic fibrosis

目的:观察化浊软坚汤对免疫性肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、阳性对照组(C组)和治疗组(D组),B、C、D三组大鼠造模,C组造模同时灌服复方鳖甲软肝片,D组造模同时灌服化浊软坚汤。实验结束取大鼠肝组织行TGF-β1免疫组化。结果:D组大鼠肝组织可见散在的阳性细胞表达,阳性细胞记数明显降低,与B组、C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:化浊软坚汤能够减少转化生长因子在纤维化大鼠肝脏的表达而起到抗纤维化的作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of Huazhuo Ruanjian decoction on the expression of transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） of rats with immune hepatic fibrosis. Methods：SD rats were randomly divided into normal group（A group ）,model group（B group ）,positive group（C group）and control group（D group）. Rats in B group,C group and D group were injected the coagulated pig＇s serum to make immune hepatic fibrosis. The C group was treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets and the D group with Huazhuo Ruanjian decoction at the same time. The expression of TGFβ1 was detected by immunohistoehemstry. Results：There were loose expression of positive ceils in D group, the number of positive cells were decreased significancently compared to B group and C group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huazhuo Ruanjian decoction had the effect of anti-fibrosis by reducing the expression of TGF-β.
