乡村污水处理技术探讨

On Sewage Treatment Technology for Rural Areas

安徽省近年来城市污水处理率大幅提高,但在有效控制点源污染的同时,还应采取适当措施防治量大面广的乡村面源污染。根据目前我省乡村的经济现状及环境特点,结合当地的经济条件、自然地理、气候、生物构成、生态环境特征,研究适合当地的乡村生活污水实用节能处理技术,力求探索出一条适合我省乡村实情,基建投资少、能耗省、运行费用低、稳定性好、管理方便、适用面广的乡村污水处理技术,以推进乡村广大面源的节能降耗和治污减排,人与自然和谐相处,走生态良好的文明发展之路。

While sewage treatment rate at urban areas（which is also though to bring Point Source Pollution） has been increased substantially,sewage treatment at the wide rural areas of Anhui Province（that causes Non-poin Source Pollution） should be strengthened with appropriate measures.I proposes that the choice of practical sewage treatment technology for the rura areas should put into full considerations of local economic conditions geographic position,climate,biological structure and ecological environment And the sewage treatment technology with small investment,good stability and low energy consumption and operation fees that is convenient in management and situated well to the wide rural area can help to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction at the wide rural area leading the rural area to a path of eco-development with harmonious co-existence of man and nature.
