探索农村公路管理养护体制改革新思路

Research a New Way of Reform on the Management and Maintenance System of Rural Highway

按照国务院办公厅《关于印发农村公路管理养护体制改革方案的通知》(国办发〔2005〕49号)与安徽省政府办公厅《关于推进农村公路管理养护体制改革的意见》(皖政办〔2007〕76号)文件精神,农村公路管理养护体制改革是摆在各级交通主管部门深化改革面前的一项重要工作。文章结合蚌埠实际,加以探索农村公路管理养护新体制、新机制。

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing Reform Plan on the Management and Maintenance System of Rural Highway and the Opinion of the General Office of Anhui Province about Promoting Reform on the Management and Maintenance System of Rural Highway,it is high time that the communications administrative department of all levels deeply reformed the management and maintenance system of rural highway.Based on the actual situation of Bengbu,the article makes research on a new way of reform on the management and maintenance systemand mechanismofrural highway.
