某工业项目工程风险管理初探

Risk Control for an Industrial Building Project

就工业建筑工程项目本身来讲,影响它的风险因素也很多,而且各个风险因素所引起的后果也不一样。如果我们忽略了这些主要的风险因素,将会导致我们投资的失败。据此,文章首先提出了风险管理的相关概念,接着结合具体的工程实例,分析了工程项目的各参与方存在的潜在风险,在此基础上提出了各参与方风险管理的方法及具体措施,并呼吁企业加强风险意识,提高风险管理水平,增强竞争力,应对WTO的挑战。

For the industrial building project itself,there may have had many risk factors that will lead to different consequences.And if we neglect the main risk factors,it will result in the failure of our investment.Therefore,the article first brings forth the concept of risk control;then tries to find out the potential risks of every construction participant based on risk analysis of a specific project;and thereby puts forward ways and measures against these risks,including more risk awareness and risk control skills for the construction involved parties to compete for the market and to meet the challenges of WTO.
