Zn2SiO4:Mn的水热法制备

摘要 利用简易水热法原位合成制备踟2n2SiO4:Mn绿色荧光体,主要原料为TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate),Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O,Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O.通过控制反应条件,合成出了具有空心和微米花状结构的硅酸锌掺锰,利用XRD,TEM,SEM和荧光光谱仪对其进行表征,并对其反应机理进行解释. Green emitting Mn -doped Zn2SiO4 nanopartieles were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, using TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate), Zn( CH3COO) 2·2H20, Mn( CH3COO) 2·4H2O. The rod - like and micro - flower structures of Zn2SiO4 : Mn were fabricated by controlling the reaction conditions. The samples were characterized by X - ray diffraction ( XRD ), transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The growth mechanism of Zn2 SiO4·Mn was also explained.
