动车段备品库级联屏幕实时显示算法研究

摘要 本文以动车段备品库出/入库操作及引导信息的实时显示算法为研究对象,对级联屏幕实时显示算法(信息获取及初步计算、信息预处理算法、信息准同步输出算法等)进行详尽的分析与设计,解决自动化备品库内不同LED屏幕间信息的准同步显示及数据报文丢失时的信息复现等问题,使动车段备品库内的相关操作具备信息的实时显示与引导功能,保证了备品配件库易耗品及循环利用物品的快速、高效并且有序流通。 Taking real-time display algorithm of storage/retrieval operation and its guidance information for automated reserve warehouse as the research object,the relevant algorithms (information acquired and preliminary computation,information pretreatment algorithm and quasi-synchronous output algorithm,etc.) of the cascading screens were analyzed and designed in detail.Some problems such as information quasi-synchronous display among to the various screens and information reappearance when data message lost,were solved.Making the related operation of automated reserve warehouse in electric multiple unit depot possessed information real-time display and guidance function,meanwhile,ensuring rapid,high efficiency and ordered circulation for nondurable materials and recycle articles in automated reserve depot.
