中国—瑞士建立自由贸易区的可行性研究

Study on Feasibility of Establishment of Free Trade Area between China and Switzerland

自中瑞两国建交以来,双边就保持着良好的经贸关系。2000年以来,两国贸易额的增长率一直保持在20%左右,2008年的贸易额首次突破100亿美元,中国成为继日本之后,瑞士在亚洲的第二大贸易伙伴;而除欧盟国家之外,瑞士是中国在欧洲最大的贸易伙伴。两国在经贸互补性、贸易结构等方面存在着广泛的合作基础。本文通过对双方经济开放度、贸易结合度以及贸易量与GDP之间的关系进行实证分析,从而对两国建立自由贸易区的可行性进行探讨。

China and Switzerland have kept each other a good economic relationship since the establishment of their diplomatic relation. The bilateral trade volume growth has remained at around 20% since 2000. The trade volume in 2008 exceeded 10 billion U.S. dollars for the first time; China has become the second largest trading partner of Switzerland in Asia （after Japan）. Except for the EU countries, Switzerland has become the largest trading partner of China in Europe. The two countries have many complementarities in economy and trade structure, so there is a broad basis for the further cooperation. This paper analyzes the feasibility of bilateral FTA （Free Trade Area） between China and Switzerland through the analysis of degree of openness and trade dependence degree, as well as the empirical relationship between trade and GDP of the two countries.
