摘要
本文首先对企业技术创新能力的概念和结构作了界定，提出了技术创新能力构成的五要素，分析了不同要素对企业创新活动的影响与作用，提出只有在各要素组合提高的前提下，才能实现不断的技术创新。其次，本文初步分析了企业核心能力的内涵。
This paper, first, examines the definition and structure of the enterprise’s technological innovation capability Second, it discuss the components of the enterprise’s technological innovation capability and their influence and roles to innovative activities, and presents that the sustainable technological innovation can be accomplished by coordinate enhancement of these components Finally, it examines the connotation of the core competence and its correlation with the enterprise’s technological innovation capability
