摘要
目的:对葎草的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及凝胶色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并利用理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离获得7个化合物,其中包括2个甾体类化合物和2个三萜类化合物,分别为木栓酮(Ⅰ)、顺式-细辛醚(Ⅱ)、表木栓醇(Ⅲ)、豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮(Ⅳ)、γ-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、正十六烷酸(Ⅵ)、亚油酸(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Humulus sacndens.Methods: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The structures were identified by means of IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS analyses.Results: Seven compunds were isolated and identified as friedelanone(Ⅰ),cis-asarone(Ⅱ),epifriedelanol(Ⅲ),stigmasta-4-ene-3,6-dione(Ⅳ),γ-sitosterol(Ⅴ),n-hexadecanoic acid(Ⅵ),and linoleic acid(Ⅶ),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this species for the first time and compounds Ⅰ-Ⅴ are obtained from this genus for the first time.
